- 1 Super Moist – white box cake mix
- 3 egg whites
- 1/3 cup of oil
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of champagne
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix ingredients until moistened. Then mix on Medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Prepare cupcake tins with liners
- Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 full.
- Bake 15 minutes. Check to make sure they’re done.
- Allow to cool before coring out 1 inch of the center to prepare for raspberry curd.
- Fill each center core with raspberry curd.
