Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Super Moist – white box cake mix
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup of oil
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of champagne

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix ingredients until moistened. Then mix on Medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Prepare cupcake tins with liners
  4. Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 full.
  5. Bake 15 minutes. Check to make sure they’re done.
  6. Allow to cool before coring out 1 inch of the center to prepare for raspberry curd.
  7. Fill each center core with raspberry curd.
