- 4 large avocados
- juice of 1/2 of a large lime
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 1/2 cup of La Vaquita® Queso Fresco cheese, crumbled
- Remove the avocado meat from four avocados and add to a large bowl.
- Squeeze half of a large lime onto them.
- Use a potato masher to mash the avocado.
- Chop tomatoes and onions and add to the avocado.
- Crumble La Vaquita® Queso Fresco cheese and add to the avocado.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to 30 minutes.
