Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownie Cups

Description

Is there anything better than chocolate and peanut butter? These brownie cups are filled with peanut butter cheesecake and then drizzled in caramel sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg of brownie mix – made according to directions
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Make the brownies according to the directions.
  4. Combine cream cheese, egg, peanut butter, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
  5. Fill each muffin tin one-third with brownie mix.
  6. Then, add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture.
  7. Next, top off the next one-third of the brownie mix – so they are filled only 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 16-18 minutes until tops are done.
  9. Allow to cool. Serve drizzled in caramel.
