Halloween Twinkie Mummies

Ingredients

  • 1 box of twinkies
  • 1 bag of Ghiradelli white chocolate melting chips
  • 1 package of small edible eyes
  • 1 disposable piping bag
  • 1 cookie sheet fitted with wax paper

Instructions

  1. Lay out wax paper on a cookie sheet.
  2. Unwrap the Twinkies and place them on the cookie sheet and set aside.
  3. Melt the chocolate and then fully coat each Twinkie completely.
  4. Place the Twinkies onto the wax paper
  5. Place two eyes on each Twinkie.
  6. Place the cookie sheets in the fridge or freezer for 10-20 minutes.
  7. While the Twinkies are hardening, scoop the rest of chocolate into a disposable piping bag or, if needed, a ziplock bag.
  8. Cut the very tip of the bag so that only small lines of white chocolate will come out.
  9. Remove the cookie sheet from the fridge.
  10. On each Twinkie, take the piping bag and drizzle back and forth with the chocolate to give the mummy the wrap effect.
  11. Pop back in the fridge for 10-20 minutes to harden before wrapping up for a party or enjoying!
