Frequently, when you hear someone talking about customer service, it’s not the good parts. It’s usually a complaint or a horror story, but I’m not going to do that. I’m actually going to tell you about some amazing customer service.

T-Mobile
T-Mobile takes customer service very seriously and is putting their customers first. Now you always talk to a real person. No robots! They have a dedicated Team of Experts just for you. Whether you call or message directly on the app, it’s a real person! Can you believe it?
Good Customer Service
Honestly, I’ve found very few companies that put customer service above their bottom line. Another company that I’ve found that has exemplary customer service is Suddenlink, who we use for our internet services. Every time we’ve needed to talk to their customer service, it’s been easy to get to a real person, and they have always given us excellent service.
When we’ve seen them advertising a deal that was a lower price than we were paying, they happily gave us the best price possible. They have actually called us on more than one occasion to offer faster speeds on our internet at lower prices than we were paying! Who does that?
Nowadays in the world of automation, good customer service is hard to come by, and it’s almost always provided by real humans and not robots. There is nothing I hate more than navigating a system of robots when I need to talk to customer service. Often times as soon as I hear the computerized menu, I know it’s going to be a long call.
T-Mobile’s Team of Experts
T-Mobile’s customer service is different! When you call or message them, you go straight to a team dedicated to customers in your city, so they know exactly how to help you.
- No bots
- No shouting “representative”
- No phone menus
- No transferring from department to department
- No waiting for office hours – they can help 24/7
You don’t have to navigate a maze of menus or get bounced from one rep to another for help. Plus, they don’t work just during normal office hours. You can contact them 24/7 via dialing 611 on your T-Mobile phone or through the T-Mobile app.
Do you want to say goodbye to robot customer service and have your own Team of Experts? Then, make the switch to the Un-Carrier and move to T-Mobile!
Do you have a story with a winning experience with customer service at a great company? I’d love to know in the comments!

The customer service alone has me tempted to switch over right now. In fact, I might give that some serious thought. Really good customer service is hard to find these days.
Wow, I’m impressed that they will always alert you to lower prices. Most cell phone companies seem to want to stick it to you with fees and higher rates!
I work in customer service and I really hate when I have to deal with someone and they are rude. I want to be helped the same way I help others.
I’d definitely be happy to receive good customer service whenever I need to call in. Some companies make me dread calling their hotlines.
My Mom’s phone service just merged with T-Mobile. I hope she continues to get good service!
I’m actually already with T-Mobile. My father and I have a plan together, and have for so many years. We have such an amazing plan that we never want to switch.
I will stay loyal to a company that has good customer service. It is so frustrating to feel like I am just handing over money and they don’t care enough to help.
It is so frustrating to navigate a system of robots when you need to talk to customer service. It is so important for me to talk to real person! I trust real persons more than robots. I am so glad that more and more companies invest in a good customer service!
I totally agree! There’s no better substitute for human when it comes to customer services! Great post!
This is exciting to hear. I hate calling somewhere and it takes me 5 minutes or more to actually talk to a person.
I have been a customer of TMobile for about 12 years now. This is amazing news!
In a world where good customer service is extremely difficult to find, I commend T-Mobile for putting customers first! I can’t stand it when companies aren’t helpful and/or are rude!
