Here’s a recipe for one of my favorite smoothies using the pink lemonade flavor – Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie! It’s got a secret ingredient that makes it incredibly smooth and creamy – avocado!
- 4-5 frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Meta Appetite Control in Pink Lemonade Quench
- 1/2 small avocado
- 4 oz. water
- splash of heavy cream
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- If it's too thick, add a couple more ounces of water to the mix and blend again.
